San Bernadino Code Enforcer Bit by Dogs
CBS LA is reporting that 2 dogs bit a code enforcer. The article says that the dogs came running out and were tied together. They were apparently in a “V” fashion resulting in the code enforcer getting tangled up and falling down. After she fell down, she was bit.
