Hacienda Heights Crash Kills Passenger, Injures Driver
A single-car crash in Hacienda Heights on November 11, 2018, resulted in the death of one passenger.
According to KTLA-5, this crash took place near Turnbull Canyon Road at about 12:00PM. Allegedly, the driver of a Mazda Miata swerved too far when traveling along the left curve and fell into a nearby embankment.
When first-responders arrived on the scene, they had to extricate both the driver and passenger from the Mazda. Sadly, the passenger was pronounced dead on the scene. The driver is now being treated at a nearby hospital for severe injuries.
