Drunk Who Killed Los Angeles Woman Had Been Deported Five Times
Sandra Duran was tragically killed by an accident which should have never taken place. Unfortunately, she is now dead.

Estuardo is not new to committing crimes in the United States. He is breaking the law by being here and has been previously charged with over 20 felonies and misdemeanors. His crime spree includes:
- DUI
- Leaving the scene of an accident
- Felon in possession of a weapon
One of the most common causes of hit and run accidents are accidents caused by people with no license.
According to the LA Times, Estuardo has been charged this time with murder, vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated.
The accident
