A Los Angeles Fire Department fireman had a medical problem on March 30, 2016. Since the accident, he has been released from the hospital and is going to be ok.
During the medical problem control of the fire truck was lost. Approximately 3,000 people were left without power. The loss of power was due the the fire truck hitting multiple telephone poles. The engine also hit several parked cars. A power surge sparked a fire at a nearby liquor store.
The accident occured in Valley Glen.
