San Diego Crash On I-5 Injures Two Drivers
A crash involving two pickup trucks and one Mercedes resulted in the injury of two drivers in San Ysidro on November 5, 2018.
According to NBC-7, this collision happened on I-5 South close to Dairy Mart Road late in the night. Allegedly, one truck driver rear-ended the Mercedes, which caused the Mercedes to hit another truck from behind. The force of the Mercedes’ impact caused the truck in front to flip over.
First-responders brought the female driver of the Mercedes to a local hospital with major injuries. Doctors believe, however, that this female driver will survive her injuries. One truck driver was also brought to a hospital with minor injuries.
Officers say two other cars may have been affected by this crash. Local authorities are still investigating the cause of this collision.
